We hold your appointment just for you and ask that if you must reschedule any appointment to provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. This way we can adjust our schedules accordingly and accommodate clients on our waiting list.
We do of course understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in an emergency. Last minute cancellations and no shows will be charged the full cost of the treatment booked.
